Putting up with the constant hardship of living with a disability is an incredible feat which thousands of people bravely carry out across the United States every day. Making this more difficult, however, are the thousands of businesses whose access policies unfairly and illegally discriminate against the people with disabilities.

The National Association for Barrier Free Access (NABFA) aims to ensure that all people can access all places - freely, fairly, and with a minimum of fuss.

For people with disabilities we offer legal representation – protecting you if you’ve been denied access to, or been harassed or humiliated in, an office or retail environment.

For businesses we offer planning and guidance – helping your business to become accessible to all.
